The regular annual PGCA Convention with the theme “The Professional, Goal- Driven, Committed Advocate in the PGCA” and the Annual Conference of the International Association of Counseling with the theme “Counseling and the "Advancement of Human Rights” will have their Opening Ceremonies at the Dusit Hotel in Makati City.
